We aim for fast, safe, and transparent delivery — with clear shipping costs, tracking, and optional insurance. Shipping options vary by country and service; please check the shipping table below for estimated rates and delivery times for parcels up to 0.5 kg.

Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays), unless stated otherwise for limited drops or pre-orders.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

  • Some shipping methods may not provide full tracking — for example, budget postal options like Thailand Post ePacket may only show updates once the parcel reaches the destination country.
    Specific details about tracking availability are noted in the shipping rate table below.

  • If your order includes pre-order items or multiple figures, shipments may be split — shipping costs will apply per parcel.

To ensure reliable and affordable global shipping, MAADTOY using FastShip — a trusted logistics service that connects local Thai carriers with international courier networks such as FedEx, UPS, Aramex, and Thailand Post.

FastShip acts as our shipping agent, allowing us to:

  • Access better rates for small and lightweight parcels (like collectible toys)

  • Provide tracking numbers and optional insurance for most destinations

  • Offer both express and economy shipping options

The shipping rate table below shows estimated rates for packages up to 0.5 kg by region, country, and carrier/service. Rates are indicative and may be updated periodically.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Some shipping options are Delivered Duty Paid (DDP / “Tax included”), meaning import VAT and duties are prepaid — no extra fees on delivery.

  • Others are Delivered At Place (DAP / “Not including destination tax”), where local customs may charge taxes or duties upon arrival.
    Each service’s tax status is listed in the table.

  • If marked “Tax included,” MAADTOY handles all customs duties and VAT for you.

  • If marked “Not including destination tax,” please note that the recipient is responsible for any import fees required by local customs.

 

Insurance & Liability

  • Insurance limits vary per shipping service (e.g., Up to 3,000 THB).
    If you’d like to insure a higher amount, please contact us before placing your order.

  • MAADTOY recommends selecting a tracked and insured shipping option, especially for high-value collectibles.

 

Delivery Time & Delays

  • Estimated delivery times are based on carrier averages and start from the date of dispatch.

  • Customs inspections or local delivery issues may cause delays beyond our control.

  • Express services (FastShip, FedEx, UPS, Aramex) usually provide consistent delivery windows, while postal methods (ePacket, Thailand Post) may take longer.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
